Friends 'n' 'at or Ode to Pittsburghatory
By Betta Risa

Yinz came from Orlando, land of the sun
To da ‘Burgh of Pitts, where Stillirs are #1
The skies are grey here, specially in winter
And the natives speak some form of Yinzer
Where the Mayor redds up and clothes need worshed
Things are slippy and kids get nebby
But after some time in the Pitts of da ‘Burgh
Yinz found a non-twin for your little one
Amidst penguins and stillers and perogies galore
You carved a niche on a 3-river shore
Now yer leavin and I feel so blue
You’re going home, sad but true
But if home is where you keep yer heart
I hope that da Burgh still has a part
Here there be pirates of a different sort
You’ll always have safe harbor here…
